1.1. These General Purchase Conditions are signed by the Abadín Council, with CIF P2700100G and address at Abadín, Avda. De Galicia 2 (hereinafter, EXPOGRELO), owner of the website called expogrelo.om (hereinafter, Expogrelo), and , on the other hand, by the Buyer, understood as the Expogrelo user who completes all the steps on the website for the purchase of a product offered on it, including the acceptance of these General Purchase Conditions.
1.2. EXPOGRELO is configured in the market for the purposes of economic transactions between the Buyer user and the Seller directly, without intermediaries.
Object
The purpose of these Conditions is to regulate the purchase of products through Expogrelo by the Buyer, from among all those offered by the Sellers registered in it.
Acceptance
3.1. It is understood that the Buyer accepts these General Conditions of Purchase without reservation when, at the end of the purchase process, he ticks the checkbox destined to accept them.
3.2. These General Purchase Conditions must be completed with the Specific Conditions imposed by each Seller for the purchase of each of the products offered, which are understood to be accepted together with the former. In this way, as many Special Conditions will apply as products are the object of order by the Buyer.
3.3. The Specific Conditions of each product are shown before finalizing the purchase process and accepting these Conditions and, without being exhaustive, include: the name and description of the product, its price, the shipping method and the corresponding price, the conditions to withdraw from the purchase of the product, the contractual guarantees and after-sales services indicated, etc.
Information and prices
4.1. Both the information about the Sellers and the products offered by them is directly published by the Sellers.
4.2. EXPOGRELO tries that all the information published in Expogrelo is real and precise, since all Sellers have the express obligation to show the characteristics and properties of the products that are offered in a real and precise way and, in any case, without inducing the Buyer to deception or confusion.
4.3. As a consequence of the foregoing, EXPOGRELO does not assume any responsibility for the information published in Expogrelo by its Sellers, having to direct any claim directly to the Sellers. However, in case of detecting any error or inaccuracy, please contact us through the email RGPD@expogrelo.com.
4.4. The prices in Expogrelo are set by the Sellers and are shown in EUROS and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is possible that the information on taxes may vary due to changes in them. The prices shown in Expogrelo do not include transportation costs, which will be shown during the purchase process, before payment, according to the information published by the Sellers.
4.5. Expogrelo undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or have the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the programs of the card brands: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.
Steps to purchase
5.1. The Buyer shall:
a) Browse Expogrelo and add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart
b) Access the shopping cart and verify that you want to purchase all the products included in it.
c) Include the shipping address where you want to receive your order or select it from all those already included and confirm.
d) Select the payment method and, after accepting these Conditions, pay. Currently, the only payment method available is payment by card through the Expogrelo POS.
e) Once the payment has been made, the Buyer will receive from EXPOGRELO confirmation of its acceptance and, where appropriate, of the correct payment.
f) The order would have to be received within the period indicated by each Seller in the Particular Conditions of each product that make up the order. It is possible that each product of those that make up the order will be received on different days, since both the Sellers and the Particular Conditions could also be.
Withdrawal
EXPOGRELO informs that based on article 93 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Decree Legislative 1/2007, of November 16, there is no right of return or withdrawal of products purchased through this portal.
Likewise, the right of withdrawal regulated in this section may only be exercised in the cases established by law and in relation to the products purchased through the platform, in accordance with the specifications established in these Terms and Conditions. In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is not applicable in the case of the hiring perishable goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
Seller's legal guarantee
Without prejudice to what the Seller indicates, EXPOGRELO informs the Buyer that it has a two-year legal guarantee of conformity, except perishable products, from delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 of November, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by virtue of which the products purchased.
Buyer's Obligations
8.1. The main obligation of the Buyer is to pay each seller announced in Expogrelo the price of the products that make up their order when formalizing these Conditions.
8.2. Likewise, the Buyer will pay the shipping costs that the Seller announced in Expogrelo for each product states during the purchase process.
8.3. In general, the Buyer is obliged to act in good faith and loyally towards the seller registered with Expogrelo and with each Seller from whom he purchases products through Expogrelo.
8.4. Furthermore, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:
-Sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age
Claims and complaints service towards a Seller
9.1. EXPOGRELO puts at your disposal the email RGPD@expogrelo.com for the purpose of sending, through it, any claims or complaints you may have in relation to a Seller, to Expogrelo.
9.2. EXPOGRELO will process the Buyer's requests, replying as soon as possible, within the possibilities. Although EXPOGRELO cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the same, it will endeavor to attend it.
Guarantees and responsibilities
10.1. EXPOGRELO makes every effort to make Expogrelo available so that all transactions of interest to the Buyer are properly formalized. However, it does not guarantee that the purchase of products can be formalized at any time, because, due to certain circumstances beyond the control of EXPOGRELO, the availability of Expogrelo and its operation could be compromised.
10.2. EXPOGRELO acts as a mere showcase between the Buyer and the Seller. In this sense, EXPOGRELO declines all responsibility regarding:
a. The quality, conformity and usefulness of the services provided or the goods received.
b. The correct receipt of the goods that are the object of the order.
c. The personal or material damages that could derive from the enjoyment of the services or the use of the goods.
10.3. The Buyer will be solely responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of having made mistakes during the purchase process or of not complying with any requirements set forth herein or provided in the Particular Conditions imposed by the Sellers, or contained in any other conditions that may be applicable.
10.4. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that any photographs shown by the Sellers in Expogrelo are exemplary, so that the goods or services may not fully correspond to the images shown in Expogrelo.
10.5. In any case, the liability that EXPOGRELO assumes vis-à-vis the Buyer in no case includes lost profits and will be limited, in any case, at most and for any reason, to the total amount received by EXPOGRELO.
Compensation
11.1. Any breach of these General Purchase Conditions by the Buyer may entail damages and losses for EXPOGRELO or the advertised sellers. If this occurs, any type of losses and costs (such as attorneys 'and solicitors' fees), the Buyer will be obliged to compensate EXPOGRELO and / or the advertised sellers.
11.2. Likewise, if any type of claims or procedures are generated against EXPOGRELO and / or the advertised sellers due to the Buyer's breaches, the latter will leave the latter harmless, and any expense, cost, damage or loss derived from their actions may be claimed.

Idiom
13.1. The language applicable to these General Purchase Conditions and in which they are formalized is Spanish. If versions of these Conditions have been offered in other languages, it has been by mere courtesy, for the convenience of the Buyer, and the Buyer expressly accepts that they will be governed by their version in Spanish.
13.2. If there is any contradiction between what the Spanish version of these Conditions says and what its translation says, in any case the Spanish version will prevail.
Safeguarding and interpretation of the Conditions
14.1. These existing Particular Conditions constitute a single agreement between the Buyer and EXPOGRELO and / or the advertised sellers.
14.2. In the event that any provision of these Conditions is considered illegal, invalid in such a way that it can be interpreted as enforceable and effective as closely as possible to the original intention of the provision.
14.3. The non-demand for strict compliance with any of the terms of these Conditions does not imply and cannot be interpreted as a waiver by EXPOGRELO and / or any of the advertised sellers to demand its compliance in its strict terms in the future.
14.4. The declaration of nullity of any or some of the clauses established in these General Conditions of Purchase by the competent Authority will not affect the validity of the rest.
14.5. If the replacement becomes impossible and the clause is essential for the General Purchase Conditions, in the opinion of the party harmed by its elimination, it may choose to terminate the Conditions.
Legislation and jurisdiction
15.1. The relations between EXPOGRELO and / or the advertised sellers and the Buyers are governed by Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
15.2. EXPOGRELO and / or the advertised sellers and the Buyer, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Seller's domicile for the resolution of conflicts related to these General Conditions of Purchase and any of their Particular conditions. In the event that the Buyer is domiciled outside of Spain, EXPOGRELO and the Buyer submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the seller's domicile or, if applicable, to the Villa de Madrid.
